This PMG 30 piece is solidly in the top three or four best known examples of its number. It is beautifully bright, very well margined, and totally problem-free. The colors of the inks and paper are amazing for a VF note. The small brown scalloped seal is fully bright, and the brilliant gold back color shows not a trace of fading.
