<B>Fr. 1063 $50 1914 Federal Reserve Note CGA Very Fine 30.</B></I> This discovery note is one of only three known examples of this White-Mellon Kansas City issue. Large size Federal Reserve Notes may be the only collectible area of currency where one can purchase an item with only three known notes for less than five figures. The paper is original and attractive, though a minor split is noted in the top margin. In February of 2007, the second known example sold for nearly $15,000. That piece was a PCGS 20 with a closed margin tear.
