Phillips Jr. in 1907. 2) Santa Barbara-Searchlight Mining Company, #28 for 3 shares to Henry E Carter in 1906. 3) Searchlight Midas Mining Company, #32 for 1000 shares to Fred Jackel in 1906. 4) Searchlight Free Gold Mining and Milling Company, #128 for 1250 shares to HH Clondman in 1906.
