1) 1880 - 1900 Japanese Naval sword, shortened blade and scabbard, 21 inch blade with no hamon, nickel habaki, leather seppa, brass guard with loop for a chain guard, wire wrapped rayskin and star design on the rear. Alloy saya with added markings, the hilt cleaned bright. 2) WWII Japanese NCO sword, 27 inch single fuller blade marked "83271", copper tsuba, Kokura Arsenal marked fuchi, thumb retention clip, alloy tsuka and green painted saya. 3) NCO sword, as 2 with 27 3/8" blade numbered "132277" Jinsen Arsenal (Korea) mark, painted tsuka, leather sword knot and matching saya. 4) Type 32 Cavalry Sword, 32 3/4" single fuller blade with "81786" on the left ricasso, black painted handguard, checkered grip, metal sheath.

1) Fair overall with blade, scabbard and grip cleaned and polished.2) Fine, with spotting and handling marks on the blade, repainted scabbard. 3) Very good, with some light scratches and spots on the blade, flaking of the paint and cracking and tearing of the leather. 4) Very good, with some mild spotting and handling marks on the blade, with 20% of the original paint remains on the guard and scabbard, the remaining metal is a dark brown patina.
