1) Dervet's (20th century) prancing colt bronze. This thoroughbred stallion stands in a pasture with one leg up and the other three firmly planted on the ground. The horse is snorting as to tell riders or others to beware of him. The bronze base rests on a black marble plinth and is signed on the bronze base. 12 1/2x6 1/4"x14". Very good. 2) Antoinne Barye's (1796-1875) thoroughbred standing horse. Wonderful detailed standing thoroughbred stallion with head slightly askew to the left. His four hoofs planted on the ground as he is safe in his pasture. The bronze has a bronze base that is supported by a rectangular black marble plinth. Signed on the base "BARYE". 12 7/8"x7"x14". Very good. 3) After Frederic Remington (1861-1909). "Wicked Pony" bronze, nice highly detailed rendition of a rider who falls from his bucking bronco as he is still holding onto the reins of the horse. Signed in front on an oval brass nameplate as well as signed on the bottom bronze base. It rests on a nicely striated black marble plinth. 21"x9"x22". Very good. 4) After James Earle Fraser (1871-1941). The classic bronze Indian sculpture "The End of the Trial".
