Large Cents Group of Four Counterfeit Large Cents, 1804 & 1807. <b>Struck or cast counterfeit of 1804 made from an 1800 S-192 with an altered date. VG10. The 1804 date is rather crude but strong. Dark steel brown and olive with lighter steel brown highpoints. Cast copy of 1804 with a thicker than normal planchet. VG8 but cleaned. The date and legends are clear. 1801 S-214 with the date crudely altered to 1804. AG3 and cleaned. Cast counterfeit of 1807 S-275. G4. Sharper with a deep dig at UN in UNITED and file marks on the reverse rim. The date and legends are mostly clear. Dull steel brown.
