In this lot we four Coffrin's old west gallery produced in the Bozeman, Montana location. All of these pictures were taken by L.A Huffman whose work dated from 1878-1920. The old west galleries collection of Huffman negatives is one of the largest in existence today. these negative reproductions are offered to the public in a variety of sizes. Originally started in Miles City, Montana Coffrin's old west gallery relocated to Bozeman, Montana in 1991. The first one is called "Bullard and Big White Tail." This picture show the sheriff of Miles City W. H. Bullard with a beaver belt and a 212 pound white buck with him holding his 45-70 round barrel. The next photo is "House of Green Buffalo Hides" this photo shows several buffalo hides. in a dug out area with the hides covering the entrance and the top. The third photo is called the line camp and shows two men sitting in front of a log house looking at their two horses, there is also a cart behind the horses. The last photo is "Packing Out the Old Mountain Ram." This picture shows a man having a mountain ram on top of his horse with there being a desert mountain environment in the background. The largest of the three pictures measures 14" x 12."
