In this lot we have four Coffrin's Old West Gallery Bozeman, Montana. All of these pictures were taken by L.A Huffman whose work dated from 1878-1920. The old west galleries collection of Huffman negatives is one of the largest in existence today. these negative reproductions are offered to the public in a variety of sizes. Originally started in Miles City, Montana Coffrin's old west gallery relocated to Bozeman, Montana in 1991. The first of these photos is called "Saddling Horses in a Rope Corral." This picture shows several cowboys making a corral with rope about mid torso high deterring the horses from wanting to get out. there is one cowboy that has one horse lassoed. The second photo is called Percy Williamson's Ranch - Breaks of the Missouri August 1904." This picture shows two log cabins with several horses in the front of the cabins. These cabins are on the side of a cliff in a mountainous desert. The next picture is called "Going to the Roundup." This picture shows several cowboys riding towards the cameraman with one horse cart in trail. There are several horses in the background with there being a few hills and flatland after. The last picture shows to cowboys trying to put a bit on a horse with a lasso around the horses neck.
