Set of four war bond coupons printed by the Confederate States of America. These four coupons for $30 each are for interest on a $1,000 bond #8708, redeemable in 1878, 1880 and 1881. Each coupon notes a 2nd series printing by Archer in Richmond, Virginia and bears the printed signature of Robert Tyler, son of President John Tyler and Confederate Register of the Treasury. Measures approximately 6'' x 3''. Near fine condition.
