Found with above lot. Springfield model 1848, .69 caliber percussion musket in relic condition with bayonet. The metal surfaces show a light to heavy erosion and pinprick pitting, the markings are faintly visible, the stock is weathered and worn with many large losses, breaks to the forend, and the barrel has been wired to the stock. The associated bayonet shows a matching patina and the relic has been uncleaned and untouched in modern times and matches the other two arms found with it as to its patina. Est.: $400-$800
