Famous Chinese Dinosaur Egg, 70-100 Million Years Old, from Nubei Province, China. This 7" x 3" unhatched egg, with more than 85% of the original eggshell, sits on a reddish brown limestone base with a few eggshell fragments from another egg. These eggs are identical in size and shape to the Mongolian Oviraptor eggs, except, they are light brown rather than black. What dinosaur was contained within is now open to debate, as an embryo was found in one of these eggs with teeth in its jaw. It can't be an Oviraptor, because they had no teeth. It may be from a new, undiscovered type of Theropod dinosaur.
