Forged steel bill or polearm measuring approximately 15” from tip to end of thick construction and all hand forged circa 15th to 18th century and of European origin. Mounted on later shaft. These early weaponswere also used as farm implements as well as by peasant soldiers. The metal surfaces show light to heavy pitting and good quality forging with no marks. We recommend the shortening of the later shaft for shipment or delivery to an already scheduled show at our convenience. Est.: $300-$600
