<B>Forestville, NY</B></I> - $5-$5-$5-$5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 604 <B>The First NB</B></I> Ch. # 10444 Uncut Sheet<BR> A trio of uncut sheets are known from this bank, whose President was Roscoe B. Martin, a well known coin collector who also served as an official of the American Numismatic Association for many years. The other two sheets known from this institution show the signatures of C.A. Knapp as cashier, and Robert D. Rider as assistant cashier, while this sheet appears never to have been signed by the cashier. The paper is perfectly original and bright white while the sheet displays some light handling and folds between the notes.<B> </B></I>Our Central States auction last year was the last appearance of a large size sheet from this bank, which realized $13,800.
