<B>Footstool made by Clyde Barrow in Jail.</B></I> Clyde Barrow spent time in the McLennan County Jail, Waco, Texas, and Eastham Camp 1, Weldon, Texas. This footstool was hand made by Clyde Barrow in jail for his sister-in-law, his brother Buck's wife, Blanche Barrow. The top measures 14" x 7.5". The footstool is 9" high.<BR><BR>Blanche met Buck Barrow in 1931; they were married in 1932. They spent several months on the run with Bonnie and Clyde. On July 18, 1933, at the Red Crown Tavern, there was a shootout which resulted in the death of Buck Barrow and the capture of Blanche Barrow. From the Blanche Barrow Estate, accompanied by provenance from the Executor.
