The auctioneer warrants that the paintings sold through the KAI Ocean Art Show 2019 Auction are original oil paintings by the artist Patrick Ching. The artist retains the exclusive right of reproduction for all paintings as well as the right to repaint other versions of the subjects. All owners of original Patrick Ching art will be registered in the artist’s registry of original art owners. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item or add items.
The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be deemed the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder. Patrick Ching guarantees satisfaction in all aspects of his art sales.
