Flown "Fokker T-2" Original Airplane Fabric (2x2") salvaged by the Smithsonian Institution and presented on a descriptive presentation certificate (14.5x19") that has been professionally matted and framed (20.5x25.5"). The certificate reads, in part: "The Fokker T-2 made the first nonstop U.S. transcontinental flight on May 2 and 3, 1928 (piloted by Lts. Oakley G. Kelly and John A. Macready). It covered the 2470 miles from Roosevelt Field, Long Island, New York to Rockwell Field, San Diego, California, in 26 hours, 50 minutes and 38 seconds.
