This green Elegant Depression glass sandwich tray was produced by Tiffin - US Glass, circa 1924, in their Flower Garden with Butterflies pattern, also known as Brocade, but and is shown and described in most Depression Glass books ? i.e. Florence, Mauzy and Weatherman. The Flower Garden with Butterflies pattern fills the tray with a copious montage of intricately detailed roses and 4 1/2 butterflies. This glowing green Depression glass sandwich server has a sculpted 5 inch tall center handle, and the plate has a diameter of 10 1/4 inches. The green glass glows from the UV rays in sunlight, and fluoresces brightly under black light.
