<td width="100%">
This green Elegant Depression glass sandwich tray was produced by Tiffin - US Glass, circa 1924, in their Flower Garden with Butterflies pattern, also known as Brocade, but and is shown and described in most Depression Glass books ? i.e. Florence, Mauzy and Weatherman. The Flower Garden with Butterflies pattern fills the tray with a copious montage of intricately detailed roses and 4 1/2 butterflies. This glowing green Depression glass sandwich server has a sculpted 5 inch tall center handle, and the plate has a diameter of 10 1/4 inches. The green glass glows from the UV rays in sunlight, and fluoresces brightly under black light.The plate measures 8 inches in diameter, 8 1/2 across the points, the bowl measures about 5 1/2 inches in diameter with a folded rim span of about 71/2 inches. Total height is over 4 inches. The ladle, measures about 5 1/2 inches long and has a small smooth flaw in the glass on one edge. Other than mild wear to the gold trim in a few places, the condition of all three pieces is excellent.
