Five ounces of California Gold Rush natural gold flakes and small nuggets in a large PCGS SS Central America holder with label signed by Q. David Bowers and Bob Evans, numbered 25 of 88. 8½" x 5½" x ¾" (slab). A massive "slab" containing a decent amount of gold flakes and small nuggets in a round capsule of the right size to show off all the gold, with large label at top signed by Bowers (as Gold Rush Historian) and Evans (as Chief Scientist) designed to look like an ingot from the wreck, an impressive display with high intrinsic value. From the S.S. Central America (1857).
