British India, 1947, King George VI, 5 Rupees, Low Serial Number, Signed by C.D. Deshmukh, Serial number in Red, D Prefix, S. No. D88 009621, (KJ & RR # 4.4.22/ RM & AM # BR3.1), pinholes, minor stains, crisp, strong paper quality, AU-UNC, Very Rare.
Note: The red serial number signifies that these banknotes were issued after August 1947 and were later withdrawn in October 1957.
