Red and Black on Sky Blue background obverse. Golden/Orange inking on reverse, with "Old Glory" in full wave accompanied by (3) "Dough Boys". (1) pin hole on fold noticed. Graded CU/UNC Pass-Co. 32 of 58 coupons remain.
