<B>First Lady Grace Coolidge Autograph Letter Signed</B></I> "<I>Grace Coolidge</B></I>". Four pages, 5.25" x 6.75", on The New Willard hotel letterhead, Washington, April 19, 1921, in ink, to a Dr. William E. Barton. This letter written while her husband, Calvin Coolidge, was vice president, acknowledges the receipt of Dr. Barton's book <I>Wit and Wisdom of Safed the Sage.</B></I> She very cordially thanks him for the book and notes several parts of the book which she found amusing. Grace Anna Goodhue Coolidge (1879-1957) was the wife of Calvin Coolidge, 30th President of the United States.
