Edith Roosevelt autograph letter signed as Theodore Roosevelt's widow, circa 1924-27. The First Lady writes on the stationery of her estate Sagamore Hill, where she spent most of her time following the deaths of her son and husband. Letter to Will D. Howe reads in part, ''My dear Mr. Howe / I am sure I shall be interested in the 'American People'. I always have been...Edith K. Roosevelt''. Written on both sides of the 5'' x 3.25'' card. Near fine.
