Produced in 1904. Blade front and notch rear sights, with the short 2-line address on top of the barrel, "45 COLT." on the left side, and the two line/ three date patent markings on the left side of the frame next to the circled Rampant Colt. The loading gate is assembly numbered "526". An unknown stamp is present on the right side of the trigger guard. Checkered hard rubber grips, with Rampant Colt logos. The included factory letter confirms all but the "Not Listed" grips, and states that it was sent as part of a four gun shipment to Samuel Hill, a hardware dealer in Prescott, Arizona on November 17, 1904.

Very good as professionally refinished, with 90% of the blue, with thinning on the muzzle, ejector housing, cylinder and grip straps, a few discolored spots on the cylinder and scattered handling marks. The frame and hammer are very good, with bright and vivid color. Grips are good, with a number of scratches on the left panel, including 2 through the Rampant Colt, and minor bruises and dings overall. Mechanically fine.
