This report gives: "A History of the Town of Greeley from the Date of Settlement to the Present Time with Descriptive Chapters on Agriculture, Irrigation, Climate, Scenery, Flora, Churches, Schools, Societies, etc." It was published in New York by George W. Southwick. The back cover advertises the Chicago and Northwestern Railway as the Pioneer Line between Chicago and Omaha and the direct route from the East to Colorado. Booklet is in very fragile condition, front and back covers are loose.
