Known as a corporative interest development, the Developer will transfer to a winning bidder (purchaser) a Share in the Co-Owners' Corporation which is attached to the specific Site located within Fircrest Lakeside Resort.
The Co-Ownership Agreement provides that the holder of a Share will be granted a license to use the corresponding Site to the exclusion of other owners while all owners will benefit equally from the use of the Common Areas and Common Facilities. For example, the owner of share number 101 will have the private use of Site 101 while sharing in the use of the Common Areas and Common Facilities of the Resort such as roadways, common buildings and park area.
Each share is owned by an owner in perpetuity and can be re-sold at any time for the prevailing fair market value - now is the time to invest!
Zoning at Fircrest allows cottages with a total of 800 square feet, including a 500 square foot main floor and 300 square foot loft.
