"We hope you will join us for the first of our fine wine auctions in 2009 which will be held on Sunday February 15th at the Union League Club of Chicago. Of special note are the selections from one of America's finest award winning restaurants with 1975, 1979 and 1986 Chateau Petrus and rare magnums of 1988 Drouhin Marquis de Laguiche Montrachet. This sale also features a very nice range of highly rated 2003 vintage great growth Bordeaux including Chateaux Mouton-Rothschild, Lafite-Rothschild and Margaux; as well as our first offering of the superstars of the heralded 2005 vintage with Chateaux Ausone, Haut-Brion, Hosanna, Latour, Margaux and Petrus. Other wines of note include a vertical of Chave Hermitage, California Cult wines from Hundred Acre, Levy and McClelland, Araujo, Alban, Fourteen Appellations and Vineyard 29; Opus One Imperials and an exceedingly rare Lalique decanter of the 50 year old Macallan single malt Scotch whiskey.
