Fixed sights, with the Starr address on the left side of the frame below the cylinder and patent date on the opposite side. Matching numbers on the barrel lug, cylinder, hammer well and on the inside of the hammer. Single sub-inspector initials are stamped on most components. Script inspector's cartouche "GKC" on the left side of the grip and "RHKW" and "CSL" on the right side.

Very fine, with 60% of the bright original blue finish, with a brown patina showing on the remainder. The casehardened parts have 50% of the case colors remaining. Grips are in very fine condition with some light chipping on the butt and moderate handling wear. Mechanically fine.
