"We hope you will join us for our next auction at the Union League Club of Chicago on Sunday November 7th. This auction features an important single owner collection which has remained in the same custom temperature controlled cellar since the early 1980's. Great growth Bordeaux (with a number of case lots), all of which was purchased as futures includes: 1982 Chateaux Cos D'Estournel, Ducru-Beaucaillou, Gruaud-Larose (en Magnums), Latour, Leoville-Las Cases, Mouton-Rothschild, Pichon-Lalande and Talbot (en Magnums); 1983 Chateaux Leoville-Las Cases, Margaux (Magnum and bottles) and Palmer; 1986 Chateaux Ducru-Beaucaillou, Grand-Puy-Lacoste, Gruaud-Larose, La Lagune, Lynch-Bages, Mouton-Rothschild, Pape-Clement and Talbot; 1988 Chateaux Calon-Segur, Gruaud-Larose, Lynch-Bages, Pape-Clement, Pichon-Lalande and Rausan-Segla; 1989 Chateaux L'Angelus, La Conseillante, Cos D'Estournel, La Dominique, Ducru-Beaucaillou, Grand-Puy-Lacoste, Gruaud-Larose, La Lagune(en Magnums), Leoville-Las Cases, Lynch-Bages, La Mission Haut-Brion, Montrose, Palmer, Pichon-Lalande, Pichon-Baron and Talbot; 1990 Chateaux L'Angelus, Bon Pasteur, Cheval Blanc, La Conseillante, L'Evangile, Figeac, Montrose and Pichon-Baron.This collection also features a nice selection of well regarded Italian wines, Rhone valley offerings including 1989 and 1990 (en Magnums) Chateau Beaucastel, 1990 Jaboulet Hermitage La Chapelle; very old Madeira, and case lots of vintage Port.

Other wines featured in this auction include several lots of Champagne perfect for the upcoming holidays, carefully matured Spanish classics with 1965, 1962, 1966 and 1973 Vega Sicilia Unico; and 1942 Murrieta Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva; California verticals of Rudd, Bond, Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet, Colgin Cariad and IX Estate; Araujo Eisele, Harlan, Harlan Maiden, Spottswoode Cabernet; and a vertical of D'Arenberg Dead Arm Shiraz."
