<p>Important Auction to include items from the estate of a lady along with selected additions including items removed from the original St. James Catholic Church in Cazenovia, NY before it was razed several decades ago.
<p>Note: This is a large auction of very fine antiques, many with fine and decorative arts. Many of the items offered in this exciting sale are from the estate of a lady from Syracuse, NY who had been collecting artwork and very early furniture for over 40 years. Family wishes preclude us from divulging her name. Other items have been removed from the attic of St. James rectory in Cazenovia, NY including light fixtures, artwork and over 60 stained and leaded glass windows from the first St. James church of Cazenovia which was razed several decades ago. Great paintings include “Hayley Lever” still life, “F. Godwin” watercolors, “Icart” print, etc.
