<td width="100%">
Beautiful early English Silver Plated Oil Lamp by the prestigious English OIL Lamp makers Hinks & Sons of Birmingham. The oil lamp was converted to an electric lamp in the early 20's or 30's. This has the two lamp sockets with pull chains. There is a crystal prism ball finial at the top. The base has a wonderful etched design. The woman holding the cut glass font has flowing drapes. The lamp measures 30" tall from the base to the top finial, and 7 1/2" at it's widest point. It is marked Hinks and sons at the top of the font. The finish has an aged patina that is in very good condition for the age of this lamp. The wiring look and works fine, but is old. This is one of the nicest early lamps I have ever had.
