<B>Fidel Castro Signed Printed Speech.</B></I> Signed as: <I>Fidel Castro,</B></I> on page one of the Spanish section of the booklet (white pages). Castro delivered a speech at the 68th Inter-Parliamentary Conference in Havana Cuba on September 15, 1981. His opening speech is presented here in three languages; French, English, and Spanish, all color coded and separate. Castro signed his name for this collector on the first white page of the Spanish section. The book is soft cover, with glossy black and white wraps and around 99 pages. A photograph of Castro addressing the conference is on the cover. In very fine condition; front cover broken but still attached; light overall soiling; two pencil notations on the inside front cover.
