<B>Fidel Castro and Manuel Urrutia Lleo, Presidents of Cuba, Document Signed,</B></I> one page, 9" x 13.75", Havana, June 19, 1959, in Spanish. Light browning at the edges, a couple of minor tears and an uneven left edge where it was removed from a binding, else near fine. The document is "<I>Ley Nro. 395</B></I>" of the Republic of Cuba in the "<I>Ano de la Liberacion</B></I>". It is signed by Manuel Urrutia Lleo as president and Fidel Castro as prime minister. Manuel Urrutia served as president in the first revolutionary government of 1959.
