Decree No. 1783, issued by Castro as prime minister of Cuba, which grants to Pedro Ignacio Perez Lamy (translated) "ex-boss, head of 2nd. class of the Telegraphic Service Bureau of the Ministry of Communications the voluntary withdrawal by the requested with the right to the enjoyment of a yearly pension amounting to the amount of two thousand three hundred and seventy-six national pesos ($2,376.00)." Signed at the conclusion in ink by Prime Minister Fidel Castro, President Manuel Urrutia Lleó, and Minister of Communications Enrique Oltuski. Castro signs his initials in the left margin of the two preceding pages. In fine condition.
