Signed ''Fidel Castro'' above his then title ''Primer Ministro.'' With ''Republica de Cuba'' blindstamped seal at lower left. Measures 13'' x 16''. Very good condition, save minor wear and chipping. Tear to upper left corner has been professionally restored on verso.
