Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter autograph note signed, dated 30 December 1960, on official Supreme Court stationery. Frankfurter writes to a Mrs. Poole thanking her for her ''...cheering words about a publication that I released with misgiving...'' He signs: ''Felix Frankfurter''. The Associate Justice retired in 1962 after serving for twenty-three years on the Court. Tape residue to upper edge of the 4.5'' x 3.5'' card, written on the front and verso, else very good condition.
