<B>Cased 1/9th Plate Ruby Ambrotype of Federal Soldier.</B></I> Although the uniform shown here has very little to distinguish it, the soldier's allegiance comes through loud and clear via the image's packaging. The brass mat is stamped with American flags whereas the molded gutta-percha case carries flag-waving eagles on both sides under a ribbon reading "Union Forever".
