REMEMBER TO REGISTER EARLY SO WE HAVE TIME TO APPROVE YOU TO BID - IF YOU WAIT TILL SUNDAY DELAYS MAY PREVENT YOU FROM BIDDING....

items are posted with start bids - these are general amounts to start the bidding - We are going to be having a $5 start price on all the online lots - this does not necessarily mean the lots will be selling for $5 - it just means that you will have the opportunity to bid as low as $5. If you are really wanting the lot, and want to bid more than the start price you will have to increase the bid amount to the highest amount you want to pay. The computer will start you at the $5 amount and if anyone bids higher, the computer will automatically increase your bid to a higher amount until your top price is used. If anyone bids higher than your highest amount, and you still want the lot, you will have to post a higher amount you want to pay or attend Sunday's live auction (either online or in house).
During the Sunday live auction - if the auctioneer in house only goes down to (example) $100 and we have no bids at the $100 or more (only one at $5 or $20 etc) the lot will be passed up and either sold the next week or returned to the consignor.......the live auctioneer has the final says as to if an items is sold or not.
Example - If you know the lot is a new couch, it is understandable that the auctioneer will not be going as low as $5 during the auction, thus if you want it you will have to bid higher...... - see terms and conditions for more info about this and other items.......
