<B>Father Flanagan Typed Letter Signed,</B></I> "<I>E J Flanagan</B></I>", one page on <I>Father Flanagan's Boys' Home </B></I>letterhead, 8.25" x 10.25", Boy's Town, Nebraska, May 20, 1939, to State Department of Education, Frankfort, Kentucky. The letter reads, "<I>I would very much like to secure, as soon as possible, the current Public School Directory for the state of Kentucky. If you will be kind enough to send me a copy of this publication I will appreciate it sincerely, and will of course remit whatever the cost might be.</B></I>" Thin penciled check mark across text, light aging. Very good condition. Irish-born Edward J.
