CIS-Jind, Fateh Singh (1819-1822 AD), Sahrind Mint (off flan), Silver Rupee, "Qadire Bechun" Couplet, In the name of Ahmad Shah Durrani, Obv: Persian legend “hukm shud az qadir-e-bechun ba Ahmad Badshah, sikka-e-zan bar seem-o-zar az auj mahi ta bamah", Rev: a symbol of “swad”, triangle dot symbol within Persian letter 'seen' of julus & 4 pointed dots to the left of julus, "zarb Sahrind" off flan at the bottom, 10.90g, 18.95mm, (Unlisted in KM /Saran & Dalwinder # JD10a), no test mark, about very fine, Rare.
Note: Since his father's incapacitation in 1813, Fateh Singh was the de facto ruler. He only ruled for a short time, as he died in 1822.
