Henry Regnery Company: Chicago: 1977. Signed boldly in blue ink on front free endpaper: ''Ray A. Kroc'' with a ''July 5, 1977'' date in an unknown hand. Special limited edition copy of the book made for employees in 1977. Runs 201pp. and is bound in rust-colored leather with gilt lettering, including the iconic ''M'' to cover.
