Fantastically engraved and gold inlaid Smith & Wesson Model 29-2 DA revolver, 44 Magnum cal., 8-3/8" barrel, blue finish, checkered and relief carved custom combat grips, #N323128. This gun is in overall excellent condition showing littlehandling and beautiful custom tight scroll extensive engraving covering the barrel, frame and cylinder; the "Smith & Wesson" and the "44 Magnum" barrel markings are gold inlaid and there are gold inlaid line accents on the muzzle,cylinder and frame; there are also four expertly done floral multi-color gold inlays on both sides of the frame in front and behind the cylinder. The bore is mint, the action crisp and the grips are beautifully burl grained and finely checkered araised carved to match the frame inlaid designs. A truly masterful piece of artwork on the famous Smith & Wesson Model 29. Est.: $2,000-$4,000.
