To this day it trails only <B>Amazing Fantasy</B></I> #15 and <B>Showcase</B></I> #4 on the list of most valuable Silver Age books. Stan Lee wrote the story, Jack Kirby penciled the issue, and... the identity of the inker remains a matter of some debate to this day! In addition to having the origin and first appearance of the Fantastic Four, the issue also has the debut of the Mole Man. Overstreet 2006 GD 2.0 value = $950.
