Yes, there's some spine stress, but this isn't some Silver Age comic we're talking about, it's one of the first handful of modern-format comics ever produced. The Christmas cover is the first ever for a newsstand comic. It's a Gerber "7," and this is the first copy we had ever seen. Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $699.
