Very good. All metal surfaces have a smooth mottled gray patina. The trigger guard and backstrap retain 97% of the original silver plating with loss limited to a small amount on the trigger guard bow and some edge wear. The grips are excellent with almost all of the original varnish remaining, some very minor lower edge wear and a few overall minor dings and dents. The cylinder scene is visible, the markings are clear and the engraving is crisp. Mechanically excellent. The case is good with some minor dings, dents and scratches on the exterior and some minor contact wear and staining of the lining. All accessories are very good.
