Produced between 1922 and 1988. This shotgun features ivory mid and fluorescent orange front beads on a vent rib barrel, choke measuring improved modified with a 2-3/4 inch chamber, auto ejector, and starburst patterns on either side near the breech. The action is casehardened and scroll engraved on a punch dot background with the image of a trap shooter on the left side and a spread-winged eagle holding three arrows on the right. The scroll engraving is continued on the trigger guard. The stock is fancy oiled walnut with a Fleur-de-Lis checkered pistol grip stock and beavertail forearm with an ebony tip insert. A blank initial shield is inlaid into the underside of the buttstock with a black grip cap and a solid Pachmayr recoil pad on the butt. It is interesting to note that this and the other two shotguns on this page once belonged to Buell D. Kennedy who was a tank destroyer in the 75th division attached to the 3rd Armored Division during WWII, was a hunter/safety instructor at the South Coast Gun Club in Orange County, California from the 1950s to 1992 and was shooting companions with Generals Curtis LeMay and Jimmy Doolittle and famous actor Robert Stack. Kennedy was instructor #0007 and during his 40 plus years as an instructor taught thousands of young people firearms safety. Each of the three shotguns are accompanied by a 6"x4" color photograph of Kennedy, LeMay and Doolittle at the shooting range.
