4 page hand written letter with illustrations on each page, 1925, WYOMING: O.S. Alers was a Major in Co. I, R.I. Volunteers during the Civil War. He came near Encampment Wyoming, around 1901 to work a small Copper Mine, which later would be called the What Cheer Mining Co., with Alers as Superintendent.
