Fabulous, Signed Parisian Scene Etching, Listed Artist. Delightfully matted with framed hand colored signed and numbered Parisian scene etching. Hand colored etching signed Charles Blondin depict La Madeleine from the Rue Royale at dusk in 40s-era Paris. Very artistically executed. Beautifully double matted and framed. Blondin was considered an School of Paris Artist, painting mostly street scenes there in the 1940-1950s. Like some of the original impressionists, he appears to have painted some of his works in series. The subjects were shown from different view points and at different seasons of the year. Limited edition, this beautiful piece is # 196/500. Size: 19X16 inches. Country of Origin: France
