Offered in this auction are fabulous Americana items from the 18th, 19th, & early 20th Century. Featured are several rare & important pieces, including a Ca. 1785 “William Rigby” 4-drawer chest with the maker’s label intact (only a few known to exist), a Ca. 1710 Hudson River Kas attributed to the Van Buren Estate in Kinderhook, NY; an important miniature Folk Art portrait of a woman (artist under research), a Ca. 1810 "Samuel McIntire" bellows, a Ca. 1730 Hudson River Valley spoon rack, a Ca. 1810 childhood embroidery picture (probably from Ma.), an Incredible Sterling Tureen marked "J.E. Caldwell & Co Philadelphia English Sterling", and many more fine & highly desirable items.
