Nazi proofed striker fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in 7.65mm, produced in Belgium circa 1940's. Features a blued finish, 4.5" barrel, low-profile round blade front sight, dovetailed 'v' notched rear sight, smooth trigger, manual safety on the left side of the frame, grip safety, heel magazine release, factory 9 round magazine and two-piece checkered walnut grips. Markings: Slide - "FABRIQUE NATIONALE DARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE/BROWNING'S PATENT DEPOSE," "(H)," [eagle/swastika], & [eagle]/"WaA140" stamped twice. Frame - [eagle/swastika], [eagle]/"WaA140," "180024", "MR," & "9." Barrel - [eagle/swastika] & "180024". Barrel bushing - "180024." and Magazine - [FN monogram]/"7.65MM." Pistol exhibits approximately 50% of it's original blued finish showing holster wear with some brown patina and light scattered surface rust in the balance. Action is smooth, the bore is excellent and wood grips are good with five notches on the left panel. Condition is NRA Good+. ***C&R Firearm***
